PRODUCTION & SHIPPING

PRODUCTION

  • In-stock pieces, ready to purchase currently ship within 2-5 business days
  • Made-to-order pieces will take 2-4 weeks for production
  • Bespoke orders are estimated to require 3-6 weeks for production

SHIPPING

We offer worldwide international delivery along with insurance and tracking to ensure your package arrives safely.

We currently ship to Brunei, China, Hong Kong (SAR), Macau (SAR), India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Maldives, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, Bahrain, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, U.A.E., Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, U.K., Canada, & U.S.

Please note, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

FEDEX INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY (1-5 BUSINESS DAYS) 
FEDEX INTERNATIONAL ECONOMY (2-7 BUSINESS DAYS) *This service has been temporarily suspended until further notice.

Orders are shipped either from our HQ in Hong Kong, or from our QC centre in Taiwan.

Due to COVID-19, some orders may be delayed due to flight availabilities and lack of manpower.

COMPLIMENTARY DELIVERY

We offer complimentary delivery on bespoke orders. For all other orders, shipping will be calculated at checkout.

ORDERS LOST IN TRANSIT

In the event your package does get lost in transit, please reach out to us by emailing info@lieberati.com right away. We will work with the shipping company to locate your package and replace the item if necessary.

We are however not liable for missing packages when tracking dictates it has been delivered.

SIGNATURE REQUIRED

All jewellery shipments require a signature upon delivery, therefore we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

DELAYED SHIPMENT

Packages may sometimes get delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, weather or technical issues within the shipping company. We are unable to alter the shipping speed or overcome delays for these reasons once the shipment has left our facility.

Please note that there may be delays due to COVID-19 and availabilities of flights from the shipping courier.

MISSED DELIVERY ATTEMPT

We are not responsible for delayed deliveries of packages when the client is unavailable for a signature upon arrival. Should your package get sent back to us for any reason, the client is subject to charges for re-shipment of the order.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • Import and Customs Duties, Value Added Taxes ("VAT"), Tariffs, and other fees that may be levied by the destination country are not included in prices of shipping fees. These are the sole responsibility of the client to settle. We are not responsible for Brokerage fees, Import and Customs Duties, Value Added Taxes ("VAT"), Tariffs, and any other associated fees.
  • The client whom the order recipient is will be the importer of record and must comply with all laws, regulations and restrictions of the destination country.
  • All costs incurred on the basis of delivery refusal due to high Custom Brokerage fees, Duties and Taxes, or restrictions imposed by the country of destination are the responsibility of the purchaser.
